Custom and personalized orders

I will work with you to help finalize all details and specs of your custom order. Once this is finalized I will be able to provide you with an accurate turnaround time. Typically 7-10 business days.

Care instructions

All wreaths are made with quality materials and with proper care can last for many years. Upon shipping you may find the wreaths/ribbons have settled. The mesh and ribbons can easily be fluffed into their desired shape. I will also include a custom care guide for your records when delivered.

Wholesale availability

Wholesale pricing is available with a minimum of 15 wreaths ordered. Please contact me prior to ordering for prices.

Is shipping extra?

The cost of your wreath already covers ground shipping via UPS. Upon the day of shipment I will send you a tracking notification for your records. Should you like to expedite your shipping to overnight please contact me directly prior to purchasing.

Are local discounts available?

Yes. Some residents in Austin, Texas will qualify for a discount. Contact me prior to purchasing to see if you qualify and I will send you the codes to use at checkout.

Please follow these instructions when a package shows as delivered but not in your possession:

1. Wait at least two extra business days from the time the USPS/UPS website states that the package was delivered. There have been instances of USPS/UPS marking packages as delivered and they show up a couple days later.
2. Contact your local USPS/UPS (the one that delivers your mail) and ask for the GPS location of where the package was delivered.*
3. If your package is still not found, please call your local police and file a police report for mail theft. Please then provide a copy of this report to my attention.*If GPS confirms receipt of delivery and the package is still missing, we unfortunately are unable to refund or replace the package for free. I'm happy to offer a 15% discount on a future purchase and a signature tracking.
